Drunken Beef Short Ribs

Over the last few weeks, I continued with my egg roll experience. I have to say it is going well, and I love the results.  In the interim, I went ahead and tried a few new recipes. The results were fabulous and delicious.  I was strolling around the grocery store, looking for something different to eat. You know one of those days when chicken, pork chops, wings, etc. are not good enough.
And there you have it, I picked up a few packs of beef short ribs (about 7) and decided to make "Drunken Beef Short Ribs," and it was amazing!

7 Beef Short Ribs 1/2 Tsp salt 1/2 Tsp pepper 1/2 Tsp oregano 1/2 onion 1/2 green pepper 1 Capful of Oil 1/2 Tsp Adobo 1/2 Tsp Garlic 1/2 Sazon Packet 1/2 Tsp Cocoa Powder 1 small Serrano Pepper 16oz Guinness Dark Stout Beer
For the short rib: Rinse the short rib, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. In a skillet add oil, garlic, onion, pepper and begin the cooking process. Once this is hot, you take the short…
